They have a great buffet, and the best sushi in Brigham City.

Great selection and I was surprised by the quality and taste of the food being so far from SLC. The hot and sour soup was very good. Sushi and lots of dishes to choose from. Definitely worth a shot if you have a hankering for Chinese.

The handwritten menu taped to the front door should have been enough warning not to eat here. The broken liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom with the lid removed so you could dip your hand in should you choose to wash before eating should have been enough warning not to eat here. Linkin Park blaring from the overhead speakers should have been enough warning not to eat here. Unfortunately, we were hungry after a round of golf and ignored these warnings. I wasn't expecting a jaw-dropping meal at a $10 buffet l but I didn't think it would be this bad. It made Panda Express look like a 5-star suit and tie restaurant. They did have a plethora of options; I'll give them that. But nothing that was worth tying a second time. Everything taste like it had been reheated from the day before and sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Our server spoke little to no English and brought us all different drinks each time due to the language barrier. I didn't mind that too much. In fact, the Dr. Pepper was about the only thing this place had going for itself. Even the fortune cookies tasted a bit off. (Fun side note: my fortune said "Learn Chinese." Ironic for the language barrier we experienced while eating here). My friend and I actually pulled over on the drive home because we both thought we were going to throw up. That was a first for me. I probably wouldn't eat here again if you paid me.

I go when they open so the foods always fresh and very tasty. Great selection and decent atmosphere. One of the best Chinese buffets I've ever had.

Pretty standard Chinese buffet fare. One unusual surprise was the sushi bar. The buffet has a lot of variety and offers a wide selection of salad and dessert items as well. Overall this place is just your average Chinese buffet.

Not bad for Chinese, but it's the only place you can get in Brigham city that is an all you can eat. But what would you expect? It's great for groups. They have their little sushi bar which has some low line sushi but it's the only place in Brigham to get it

If you're looking for a lot of variety for your meal and a great price, this is your spot! Don't expect a gourmet meal, but it was delicious and the service was great. Would definitely go back!

I have eaten here twice, and heartily enjoyed it both times. While that doesn't seem like such a big deal you have to understand that it's a little over 100 miles from where I live. They have a great buffet with authentic (not too americanized) flavors, and as noted by Jeffery, they have sushi. I, my folks, and some friends have all eaten here and agree that we haven't seen another buffet that has the selection that Beijing does - and the price isn't bad - I believe that it was under $10 per person. If you're in the mood for Chinese food, but not sure what to eat specifically, go here.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
